Great experience working with Darcy and his team.  Darcy helped me come up with multiple loan scenarios based on whether or not I would sell my previous place in time.  Without his help, I wouldn't have been able to purchase the condo with my dream view.
He fought hard to make sure any hiccups throughout the process were smoothed out.  The lenders even commented to me of Darcy's direct involvement in resolving issues.  Serving as a testament to how dedicated he is at making sure the process is stress free.

This was my first experience with a broker as I always dealt with loan officers at banks directly in the past. I needed a quick resolution with a Mortgage preapproval, and Darcy came through. I like that he was accommodating and quick.  I got the feeling that he makes things happen 7 days a week 24-7, which is what I think we all need when dealing with big money and time restraints.
